O RUMO DO FUMO, Produção de Eventos, Unipessoal, Lda., (hereinafter referred to as Rumo do Fumo), with headquarters at Rua Rodrigues Faria, 103, 1300-501 Lisboa, Portugal, TVA intra-Community nr. PT504502735, is the company responsible for the collection and processing of your data, for the purposes stated in this privacy policy.

O Rumo do Fumo undertakes to process your personal data in accordance with the Lei de Proteção de Dados Pessoais – Lei 67/98, of October 26, and other legislation in force in this matter such as the Lei 41/2004, of August 18, with the wording given to it by Lei 46/2012, of August 29, regarding the protection of privacy in the matter of the processing of personal data, in the electronic communications sector. This law will be replaced, on the implementation date of May 25, by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, of 27 April 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing and free movement of personal data.

1. Which process is carried out by RUMO DO FUMO in the management of your data?
To sign the Privacy Policy we are required to collect your name and e-mail address. Without filling in these fields we will not be able to consider your signature.

These data are intended to create a manifesto that will be presented to the competent authorities, with capacity to ensure the correct application of the legislative framework that regulates the protection and defense of consumers' rights, particularly the protection of personal data.

In order to accept your subscription to our Privacy Policy, you must authorize us to use your data for this specific purpose and to send these data to the above-mentioned legislative authorities. You must also authorize the sending of this data to the entities subcontracted by RUMO DO FUMO and other recipients mentioned in this privacy policy. All in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Duration of the data storage

RUMO DO FUMO only keeps your personal data for the time necessary to provide the intended service, never exceeding the maximum duration of 5 years after the end of its use.

RUMO DO FUMO may have to share your personal data with other recipients. These include:
Organizations and / or companies affiliated to RUMO DO FUMO, provided that they comply with an equivalent policy on the protection of personal data;

4. How is your data protected?

RUMO DO FUMO only collects the data described in each form, or the Google forms available on our site, never requesting more data than necessary for the intended purpose.

After the collection of all personal data, RUMO DO FUMO uses a security certificate – SSL to encrypt it.

The data is stored in a database and used exclusively by RUMO DO FUMO.

RUMO DO FUMO’s hosting provider is permanently monitoring access to information technology systems in order to prevent, detect and stop the misuse of your personal data.

RUMO DO FUMO, according to the legislation in force, provides an adequate level of protection of your personal data, namely through the implementation of technical and organizational measures necessary to protect your personal data against accidental destruction, loss or modification, as well as against unauthorized access and other unauthorized processes. Measures taken include data encryption and the security of the applications that process them.

RUMO DO FUMO, however, informs that no security system can afford absolute protection. In this sense, we remain at your disposal for any question or observation regarding the confidentiality and security of your personal data.
RUMO DO FUMO also states that, since your personal data is collected in an open network, it can circulate in the network without security conditions, with the risk that they may be seen and used by unauthorized third parties.

According to the Lei de Proteção de Dados Pessoais – Lei 67/98, of October 26, and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, of 27 April 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing and free movement of personal data, shall be entitled to:
Object, without charge, to the processing of your provided personal data for direct marketing purposes;

- The "right to forget" and the right to erase your personal data permanently;
- The right to data portability and to receive a copy of your processed data;
- The right to be informed in the event of an automated decision-making, of the logic underlying that system, as the importance and consequences of its treatment for the data in question;
